For our HQ in Lijnden (Amsterdam) we are looking for an Assistant Controller m/v to join the team. Together with 7 other colleagues you will assist the Finance Controller in the area of accounting and finance.

As assistant controller you are responsible for guiding, processing and checking administrations. Compiling monthly accounts and financial reports. You are responsible for signaling technical developments and proactively advising. For this vacancy we are looking for someone who can analyze and solve problems in a practical, creative way, who likes to work together (Team Player) and who is critical of himself/herself and the work.
Providing/assisting with periodic monthly, quarterly and year-end closing
Drafting and reviewing P&L, Balance Sheet Cash-flow
Preparation and settlement of Dutch VAT and corporate tax returns
Analyzing financial results in the right legal entity
Providing liquidity forecasts and cash management
Responsible for entering and checking various financial administration
Think along with improvements regarding the organization
Your experience / Job Requirements
Degree within Finance or Accounting ( Bachelor)
At least 3 years of relevant work experience;
Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, and Word) is required
Other languages as Dutch/ Russia/Chinese are considered as valuable asset.
You are a problem solver, pragmatic and accurate
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on-time results
Confident, assertive, self-disciplined and self-motivating attitude
