The Assistant Manager responsibility is to organize, run the store and fill in for the Store Manager when needed. This role is highly important in ensuring the sales team meets its goals of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
The Assistant Manager’s goal is to maximize employee productivity, ensure compliance and consistent execution of company Policy & Procedures and established Best Practices, and create an environment which champions customer service and is results-driven. The Assistant Manager assists in the training and development of Employees.

Ensure daily management of sales, payroll, controllable expenses, goals and company initiatives. Align activities to ensure business goals are met. Ensure high levels of customer’s satisfaction through excellent service.
In the absence of the Store Manager the Assistant Manager must be able to effectively manage the store temporarily under any circumstances.
Minimum experience of 1 year in a similar position.
Fluent in Dutch and English. (Verbal and written).
Diploma in Retail Business or something similar. MBO or higher.
Drives Sales through 100% execution of the company’s customer service standards.
Delivers Sales Goals according to the company standards and strategic Plan.
Promotes and uses product knowledge / training tools provided by the company.
Executes visual merchandising directives to the company standards.
