    Assistant Manager Digital Marketing Calendar

    Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization


    As the Assistant Manager Digital Activation Go-To-Market, you will support the Digital Activation Team (DAT) in the development of seasonal plans within the owned adidas digital ecosystem. You will provide the DAT team support in both pre-seasonal & in-season planning and contribute to the delivery of strategic seasonal digital & touchpoint calendars.

    Through the execution of the overall role, contribute to meeting/exceeding commercial and brand targets for Europe by driving eCom Sales, NPS, Brand Awareness, Consumer Acquisition & Retention.



    Key Responsibilities :

    Pre-Season


    Support the Senior Manager in the development of holistic, strategic seasonal EU Digital Calendars
    Help drive the delivery of the most updated EU Digital Activation Plan & Calendar at key feedback and delivery milestones
    In-Season
    Support the Senior Manager in the creation of touchpoint level calendars and enable briefs to relevant operational partners
    Ensure ongoing updates to the calendar are done in a timely manner and ensure that all relevant stakeholders are kept up to date
    Projects
    Support the Senior Manager in evolving and visually packaging our planning tools
    Support on process definition, the visual approach and the best formats or environments for our marketing planning calendar and tools.
    Together with DAT holistically, proactively test and investigate the tools & coordinate feedback on them.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities


    Project management and process optimization skills
    Strong communication skills : written & verbal
    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment within a diverse culture
    Active problem-solving skills with attention to detail
    High resilience and solution oriented attitude
    Advanced computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office Suite and experience in planning, reporting and task management tools (Smartsheet) is a plus



    Requisite Education / Minimum Qualifications

    Bachelor or Master’s degree with 1-2 years of relevant experience
    Proficient in written & spoken English
