    Assistant Manager Content Publishing (6 months)

    As an Assistant Manager Content Publishing at adidas you will be fully trained and adequate to publish digital campaign content across our European adidas and Reebok brands on both .com and the app. That’s the goal. In the process, you will learn all the ins and outs of our Ecommerce campaign flows and more specifically how to handle all technical aspects of content management. Moreover, you will work together with a wide variety of stakeholders in brand, marketing, and consumer experience where you are the expert in reviewing and technically activating campaign content that entice our consumers and add commercial value.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • You publish brand and commercial campaign content in time and review the quality of incoming requests, implement changes to our sites and verify the result of your actions
    • You align priorities between requesters by actively managing your queue of incoming requests, defining priorities between requesters, and planning your work accordingly
    • You regularly perform reviews of our .com sites and app, identify issues and define a plan to avoid them and improve the overall consumer experience
    • You constantly monitor web analytics to review the performance of our content to identify and improve data that is incorrect, outdated or broken
    • You are constantly improving together with our requestors our processes, the responsibilities of our roles, the systems, and the communication between all of them
    • Besides your day-to-day you prepare input for overall process and system optimizations
    • You provide continuous transparency on status of implementations along the season to your major key stakeholders and team members

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

      • Good communication skills, comfortable presenting to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely
      • Affinity with the Brand Marketing content delivery needs, solutions, and processes
      • Ability to handle ambiguity and untangle complex situations into clear actions
      • High resilience, precise (focused on details), and solution-oriented attitude
    • Hard-Skills
      • Advanced knowledge of technical and creative aspects of digital and mobile
      • Comfortable working with enterprise-level platforms and technologies; Advanced knowledge of content management products and capabilities – SDL Tridion, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and experience with JIRA are all a plus
      • Fluent in English both verbally and written
    Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
    • Degree with focus on Business Administration, Communication or IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • 2+ years of experience working within an Ecommerce environment
    • Experience in product management, working in an agile/SCRUM mode is a plus
    • Experience in operations excellence (improving complex systems and processes) is a plus
    • Experience in managing the implementation of campaign delivery organizations is a plus
