The Assistant Purchase is part of the Purchase Management team in Utrecht. As responsible Purchase Assistant you will be executing - local and global - purchasing activities and order fulfilment to support all Genmab Research Laboratory activities. With effective communication and teamwork, you are the link between our internal organization and suppliers.
Accurate administration, an important part of your job is the proper administration of all purchasing related data in our ERP system
Execute, monitor, and control global purchasing activities in administration and order fulfilment management (e.g. create purchase orders, track open orders). Handle daily supply issues to guarantee business continuity
Establish good communication with internal and external stakeholders e.g. suppliers
Teamwork, you will work closely with the Purchase Associate responsible
Moreover, you meet the following professional requirements:
One year of laboratory experience or worked in laboratory support position or supply
Or MBO in Finance, Administration, Logistics or other relevant field with 2 years of relevant experience in Logistic or Administration or similar relevant role
You have good communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
Strong customer service skills required
Business level of English language both verbal and written
Usage of modern communication tools, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
