At Granny you are developing everything from 360 to social-only campaigns for today's most progressive and exciting brands.

• Concept, Art Direction, and Execution of social media / campaign assets in all forms (still, motion, etc), in partnership with a writer or other creative partner
• Develop visual-concepts for national and global social entertainment campaigns
• Create visual-languages & assets for social-media formats
• Develop visual concepts in forms of mood boards and style frames
• Brief & quality control designers / motion designers / editors
• Being a thought team member and outstanding example for our culture to our creative teams

• You have at least 3 years of agency experience especially in the areas of advertising, digital communication and social media
• You have a great understanding of today’s advertising landscape, digital platforms and the wider context in culture
• You are able to think conceptually and execute visually
• You are eager to create and execute innovative formats and styles
• You are passionate about the fast-paced, highly creative agency field
• You love to work and collaborate in diverse, lean teams
• You love to engage and challenge your team colleagues to drive the quality of everyone to the next level
• You have a diverse portfolio, that shows your ability to find the right style for the task at hand & a keen sense for contemporary design trends
• You speak and write English fluently, Dutch language understanding is great but not a must
