We are looking for a trouble shooting – KPI crazy – coaching & coordinating – Area Manager. You will be responsible for 10 stores in and around Rotterdam. You can translate and communicate the company strategy, values and vision to our Fashion Hosts (store managers) and teams (lead by example). You are the ultimate support and visit them on a regular base to talk about their KPI’s, conversion, the team (problems), themselves and set up plans for all of these components which are key for running a store.
Within the Scotch & Soda office you have close contact with Field Visual Merchandisers, Buying & Allocation, other Area Managers, Finance, IT & HR. You are supervised by a Retail Director & Operation Manager but have loads of freedom to make this job your own.
Our ideal candidate
We are looking for an experienced – grown up in Retail – Scotch & Soda Lover (to be) – democratic & motivative leader, who can step up our Retail game in the forthcoming years. Our focus in the stores is to find the close-to-perfect Fashion Host (store managers), to improve the knowledge and qualities of our current Fashion Hosts (in training) and to be on top of the numbers at all times. You have excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written.
