    Air Customer Care Associate

    The purpose of the role is to drive Air growth and profitability in the Site by translating global strategy and initiatives into Site Product, Carrier and Performance plans and ensure this is being executed and provide support with expertise and guidance. Responsible for delivering a superior Customer experience to Maersk customers and the execution of all operations tasks on time and on plan to support our Customers success within the Air product.

    Key responsibilities

    Direct Reponsibility:
    1. Operations Execution
    • The AIR Customer Care Associate is responsible to deliver a superior customer experience to our Maersk customer
    • Proactive in identifying issue and mitigating them, ensure issues raised are resolved quickly
    • Closely collaborate with other teams within and across CSO/DOC
    • Act as the first point of contact for customers
    • Actively build strong relationships with customers

    Indirect Responsibility:
    1. Strategy/Product Management
    • Identify and share market trends, opportunities and customer needs
    • Support the execution of global initiatives and strategy within the Country, the Area & the Global Network

    2. Carrier and Customer Relationship Management / Procurement
    • Support the Area function in maintaining vendor relations
    • Actively support & build strong relationships with customers
    • Own customer experience
