As Administrator International Mobility you will be part of the People Opertations Team at Heineken Global. In this role you will report to and assist the People Operations Specialist - Internation Mobility by providing operational support to international employees, HR and service providers' inquiries around international assingments.
Support People Operations Specialist – International Mobility in day to day activities.
Partner closely with International Mobility Specialist to provide operational support to international employees, HR, and service providers’ inquiries around International Assignment and foreign hire processes, policy and issues.
Collaborate with the broader people operation team to ensure accurate employment documentation and payroll, as well as data integrity and a seamless and compliant mobility experience to our assignees/international hires.
Help ensure that all international employees are taken care of and are offered high-quality support and services.
Collaborate with internal and external Mobility service providers.
Support with financial activities such as reviewing invoices from external service providers, prepare cost estimates of upcoming assignments etc.
Maintaining HR analytics dashboard.
Contribute to multiple projects and operational activities.
This role is based in Amsterdam, although you will be able to work partly remote. This role will be part of a team of People Operations.
Previous experience in mobility, administrative area, business support is a plus.
Fluent in English and Dutch (preferred), other languages as a plus.
