    Administrative Assistant Tax

    Linklaters is een advocaten- en notarissenkantoor dat wereldwijd toonaangevende bedrijven, financiële instellingen en overheden adviseert bij belangrijke, complexe en veelal grensoverschrijdende transacties en projecten.

    Voor ons kantoor in Amsterdam, locatie WTC, zijn we op zoek naar een administratieve assistent die per direct en twee dagen (bij voorkeur op de dinsdag en donderdag) in de week ons Tax Team wil komen versterken, waarbij je op kantoor zult werken.

    De werkzaamheden bestaan uit het assisteren bij verschillende werkzaamheden, onder meer:

    • Printen en inbinden van documentatie;

    • Scannen en opslaan van stukken;

    • Het opvragen van informatie en uitvoeren van checks bij de Kamer van Koophandel;

    • Archiveren en archiefbeheer;

    • Het maken van compares;

    • Het compilen van documenten;

    • Het aanpassen van stukken door middel van track changes;

    • Verzending van koerierstukken; en

    • Overige algemene administratieve ondersteuning.

    Wij zoeken een student in het 2e of 3e studiejaar die:

    • Op hbo-niveau opereert;

    • Affiniteit heeft met de advocatuur;

    • Secuur en cijfermatig sterk is;

    • Zelfstandig kan werken; en

    • Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel heeft.
