TreasurUp is a Dutch Fintech company that provides commercial banks around the world with online solutions for their corporate customers. The online modules that most banks nowadays offer per business line, like cash management and FX trading are not fully supporting the way small and medium-sized companies actually work. TreasurUp aims to change that. Our innovative, cloud-based web and mobile applications are offered white labeled to banks around the world. Vacancy Administrative assistant (part-time, NL-based)
You'll be our backbone, officewise. Don't worry, you do not have to spend hours arranging agenda's or making minutes of all kinds of meetings. We do that ourselves! What you'll do? Well, we love to make things easy at TreasurUp, so your main goals are:
- Supporting the team with operational tasks in the areas of HR, Marketing and our new office building
- Bookkeeping and invoice processing
To achieve this you can think in tasks such as:
- Finance: invoicing, supporting the Finance Manager
- HR support: employee relations, preparing employment contracts, support of recruitment process, onboarding
- Facilities Management: IT, office environmental needs, office maintenance
- Business operations: subscriptions, planning and travel support
- Marketing & Sales: preparing events, business gifts
- Provide general office assistance to improve the way we work and/or the teamspirit
*What we are looking for
We’re all self-starters at TreasurUp. We’re hands-on, innovators and initiators. Hopefully you are as well. In addition to that you are highly organised, flexible and thoughtful.
It is important to us that you have experience in a start up / scale up environment, preferably with companies that are internationally active. Next to that you:
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in experience
- Have approximately 2-5 years relevant experience
- Have some experience in Finance administration
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills (Dutch and English)
- Have the ability to work proactively using own initiative, prioritise work and meet deadlines
- Know your way around MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) or Google Workspace (Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides) and you are keen on finding the right tech tools or apps to make work easier
- Are based in the Netherlands, preferably in Utrecht or surroundings
