Active Directory & Exchange Administrator – PT (Lisbon, Porto, Coimbra and Évora)

As AD & Exchange Administrator, you will integrate an internal IT team to be involved in different projects to maintain the Active Directory environment and assist with the implementation of new group policy provision.

What are your key Responsibilities?
Maintain the Active Directory environment and assist with the implementation of new group policy provisions;
Maintain the Exchange service On Prem and Online;
Microsoft licensing management;
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server software (including all currently supported by Microsoft);
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot all aspects of Active Directory such as AD DNS, Group Policy Objects, Organizational Unit Structures, network-level integration, security implementation, and various support tools.
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot all aspects of networking services such as DHCP, WINS, KMS, and AD Sync services.
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot all aspects of Azure Cloud Services including Azure AD, Conditional Access policies, User and Group Assignments/Roles, and License Assignment.
Document solutions for preventive maintenance.

What you bring
Solid knowledge in Azure Resource Management: Subscriptions, Licenses, Role Based Access Control, User and Administrator Roles
Solid knowledge with Active Directory Domain controllers for different environments and Active Directory Name Service (AD DNS)
Solid knowledge with user provisioning, authentication, access management and de-provisioning
Solid knowledge Windows Networking (TCP/IP, DNS Zones, DHCP, etc) and Azure (Azure AD and Cloud Services)
Experience with documenting resolutions, processes and procedures (must)
Experience in Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) and Windows 2012 and 2016
Ability to work in dynamic work environment
Able to have a technical communication in English (a must)
Proficient communication skills, with ability to organize and present technical knowledge in an easily understood manner
Can-do, deliver and critical thinking mindset with a positive and proactive behavior

Our four stage recruitment process
1. Review and First Interview
Based on your cv and cover letter we would like to contact you for a first interview.
In the first interview you will meet an IG&H manager and a manager People & Culture who will interview you based on your motivation, resume and (technical) fit for the role
2. Second Interview
In the second interview you will meet an IG&H manager. Here we will have a deeper look into your experience, qualifications and technical fit for the role. You will also be presented with one or more issues, to see how you would handle them.
3. Partner Talk
In the third phase you will meet an IG&H partner.
