    Accountmanager French

    We are looking for a new accountmanager in Groningen. It is required to speak the French language fluently.

    In this job you oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, manage customer relations, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities by telephone and email. You are also responsible for the complete order process, from the initial order to invoicing. You can count on the support of the Back Office and the guidance of the Manager Customer Service.

    In this job you are responsible for:
    Creating an account plan;

    Identifying potential in the market;

    Analyzing the vision, strategy and purchasing policy of these accounts;

    Increasing the turnover of existing accounts through telephone relationship management;

    Sell annual/monthly promotions;

    Collecting and documenting information about accounts, products and/or market knowledge;

    Responsible for after-sales and accounts receivable management;

    Generating new accounts through internet and telephone, based on a well-thought-out prospecting plan;

    Generating new orders and quotations;

    Relationship management of the assigned accounts;

    Realizing set sales targets by achieving KPI's and targets;

    Correct data processing in the CRM system.
