    THE ROLE


    FinancialForce is looking for a successful candidate that will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and development objectives. We are seeking a highly motivated professional with the desire to succeed and grow within a fast-paced technology sales environment. The ideal candidate will have excelled in a startup environment and have a clear understanding of the sales cycle.

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Achieve & exceed monthly sales quota through development and management of prospective customer and customer relationships
    • Manage complex sales-cycles and present the value of our applications to decision makers
    • Achieve bookings targets while developing relationships with customers and upselling new products
    • Clearly understand the business drivers and challenges of prospects through in depth discovery, qualification and position FinancialForce applications to solve those challenges.

    WHAT YOUR BACKGROUND WOULD LOOK LIKE

    • Experience closing complex sales cycles for new business in a consultative manner
    • Ability to self-motivate and work in a fast-paced environment
    • Demonstrated success building pipeline through prospecting and working with companies like Salesforce to achieve bookings growth
    • Excellent written and oral communications skills
    • Strong time management skill
