    Context of the role:

    The Global ABM (Account Based Marketing) team advises and supports Capgemini’s Strategic Group Accounts in leveraging marketing to effectively drive account strategies and objectives, related to expanding the value of the portfolio at the client (market share) and in improving our positioning at the client (mind share).

    As part of this team, you will be responsible for supporting the roll out and implementation of ABM strategy for selected Strategic Group Accounts, to drive defined ABM objectives in line with agreed annual plans. In this case public sector accounts in The Netherlands and across Europe. To this end, you will work closely with the Account Teams of the accounts under your responsibility, as well as part of the Global ABM team and the local Marketing team. Your work will encompass end-to-end account-based marketing, including pursuit marketing to help win mayor deals.

    You will report directly to the Global ABM Director and have a dotted line into the Local Sector Marketer for Public Sector. You will work arm in arm with other Global ABM leads to as team support the strategic objectives of the Strategic Group Accounts program.

    Role & Responsibilities:

    Be part of the Account team as Marketing Advisor and ABM Plan 'Driver', to this end:
    • Work closely with the account, sales and delivery team and support their objectives in the account.
    • Recommend marketing approaches to support account objectives and drive them, i.e., understand sales processes and objectives of the accounts and work closely with them on their account strategy to define fitting marketing program to achieve their goals and grow their business
    • Identify marketing tactics and coordinate to provide proactive, structured, long-term strategic marketing support
    • Support the account team by sharing best practices from other accounts, as well as any new ABM solutions/approaches
    • For the account, lead pursuit marketing for scope extension and renewals, to help strengthen the winning sales plans with fitting marketing tactics
    • Track, measure, and report on all ABM activity based on Sales KPIs and successes
    • Provide some level of competitive intelligence and be capable of analyzing data to provide messaging support to ABM team
    • Be an active contributor to the Global ABM Community, by sharing best practices and best practices, contribute to Global ABM team excellence by professional development and growth and by being an active connector and supporting other members of the ABM Community

    Be part of the Local Sector Marketing team, by:
    • Being an active part of the sector marketing teams aligned to the client industries
    • Incorporating sector marketing plans, campaigns, and assets into ABM plans and tactics at the managed accounts, in as much as this is aligned with the account plans
    • Providing advisory and feedback to sector marketing on the most effective tools and content to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of collaboration between ABM and Sector Marketing for accounts.

    Experience & qualifications:

    • Experience in Marketing and/or Sales, 3-5 years. B2B IT/Consulting or Services marketing preferred.
    • Candidates with experience with ABM and pursuit marketing will be given preference.
    • Experience and understanding of marketing return on investment and marketing KPI’s and how to drive them
    • Experience in working with (CRM) will be considered a plus (Salesforce / Pardot)
    • Should be familiar with branding fundamentals and latest trends in new media
    • Beyond experience in ABM and Pursuit Marketing, should have experience in competitive research, and most marketing domains (PR, Communications, Branding, Campaigns, Portfolio, Events, etc.).
    • Quality- and results driven self-started. Who is a strong and structured project manager and is able and confident to manage senior stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills as well as presentation and verbal and written communications skills.
    • Native in Dutch and English, French or German is a pre.
