    Job Purpose

    Responsible for the initiation and implementation of the Strategic Business Plan and Operational Business Plan for a single priority vaccine or a portfolio of vaccines in the NL public market for vaccines or the NL private market for vaccines. Ensuring Access (through NIP, HCI or out-of-pocket funding), predominantly via effective Stakeholder management. Collaborate in the Xfunctional team with the Medical team and Market Access functions, to drive innovation and continuous improvement of the public health and public market offering for paediatric, adolescent and adult + elderly vaccination.

    Your responsibilities:

    • Localise the Global Strategic Plan and develop an Operational Plan with strong emphasis on the interaction with a range of key stakeholders that have influence or decision-making power on a national level.
    • Generate insights in the needs of customers and competitive developments; local SWOT-analysis; align on strategy; develop Key Milestones and Deliverables, coordinate “ADP swim-lanes”
    • Reach the agreed sales and profit targets, based on available resources and A&P
    • Work with the Global marketing materials and the MOC team to drive relevant key messages and maximise efficiency
    • Collaborate with the Customer Marketing Lead to maximise the reach of communication via all non-F2F routes
    • Ensure visibility of GSK Vaccines by playing an active role in the dialogue with stakeholders, including (senior) civil servants at MoH & Public Health, (trade-) associations and other relevant external parties
    • Develop and deliver impactful messages that resonate with stakeholders; drive change and innovation in prevention of infectious diseases through vaccination
    • X-functional collaboration with Medical, Market Access and Key Account Management roles to monitor progress on deliverables; lead the frequent ADP Comm Cells, monitor KPIs and ensure follow up to get the expected results
    • Depending on assigned vaccine(s): for private market vaccines work closely with Key Account Management team, Customer Marketing Lead and Medical team; for public market vaccines work closely with Medical, Market Access and Market Access teams
    • Drive innovation in the market and continuous improvement in both external and internal processes
    • CRM; Price & Discount policy; Supply management; Financial management; KPI’s; CI

    Basic Qualifications:

    • 3-5 yrs in pharma; ideally specifically in vaccines, with a minimum of 1-2 in direct relation to vaccines
