ValueBlue is the fast-growing company behind software platform BlueDolphin – the Enterprise SaaS tool that helps CIOs and Enterprise Architects to plan, collaborate and manage digital business transformation.
Our team of 60+ colleagues work across a range of functions including Product Management & Development, Sales & Account Management, Marketing, and Customer Success and Support. We currently have over 160 customers using BlueDolphin across the globe, from global corporations like A.S. Watson, Randstad, and Wyndham Hotel Group to financial, governmental and consumer organizations such as ABN Amro, VolkerWessels, Rituals and the City of Amsterdam.
We are Customer Solutions
The Customer Solutions team helps BlueDolphin customers to maximize their return on investment. Through our Customer Success engagements, we partner with our customers to understand their strategic business transformations, how these translate into demands for Enterprise Architecture and how BlueDolphin is best deployed to support their current and future needs.
By challenging and inspiring our customers, we continuously seek to bring out the best of BlueDolphin for our customers. Being able to educate and upskill our customers on the use of BlueDolphin is an important contributor for this.
The ValueBlue Academy currently offers training and education to our customers across a curriculum ranging from “Fundamental” introductions up to a “Masterclass” interactive multi-day format. As we expand our business, we are looking to scale-up our customer education capacity and capabilities by complementing our classroom titles with a brand-new online curriculum – one that you will be building! And that is just our short-term plan for ValueBlue Academy…
Areas of knowledge and experience:
Knowledge of, and experience with, running a software vendor Academy, with both classroom and online curriculae.
Familiar with enterprise-grade LMS’s
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office, video editing/production and mainstream video publishing platforms.
Fluent in English and Dutch.
Didactic skills and familiarity with Enterprise Architecture are considered a bonus!
